Event Details

Dive into the world of engineering with hands-on activities. Explore the exciting possibilities of microcontrollers, master the precision of CNC machines and mini lathes, and even build a can crusher! You'll get to explore interesting engineering topics and develop hands-on skills.

You’ll take apart gadgets to uncover their secrets and see how they work! You’ll learn to make precise measurements!

This month's focus is hand tools - where and when to use them. You will make a Gee-haw Whammy Diddle. This traditional wooden toy has a silly name, but is made with seriously fascinating engineering principles.

Whether you're a budding engineer or just curious about how things tick, this club is the perfect place to learn, create, and have fun with fellow young makers. Don't miss out on this chance to innovate and explore!

To participate, you must have a signed Makerspace waiver on file. A custodial adult may complete the waiver in person or fill out the linked waiver above and bring to the program.
