Program Description

Event Details

Yoga is a great way to improve your balance, flexibility, and strength. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or are interested in picking up a new hobby, come stretch and refresh your body and mind with all-levels yoga.

This class is for adults of all abilities. All poses are adaptable and can be modified if needed.

Please bring your own yoga mat if possible.
