Kingsford Heights Branch History
In 1962 the Kingsford Heights Boy’s Club approached the Library with the idea of starting a library in the community. It was a great idea! The vacant house adjacent to the Kingsford Heights Elementary School was purchased by the library and renovated by the Boy’s Club. In 1989 a new building was constructed on the site. It underwent a major renovation in 2016 to update the interior.
