Program Description
Event Details
Use pen blanks and a wood lathe to craft your own unique bead or pendant. After shaping your design, complete your jewelry using a Dremel kit and a jewelry press for a polished finish.
Working on the lathe builds hand-eye coordination and encourages creative thinking with form and three-dimensional design. You’ll also develop skills in measuring with a manual caliper and reproducing consistent shapes without variation.
