Make It! Memorial Hair Weaving with Danielle Adams

Danielle Adams, Director of the La Porte County Historical Society Museum, will share about the Victorian tradition of making objects of mourning with human hair. Inspired by artifacts in the museum collection, Danielle has learned how to make art with this unconventional medium. 

We will provide (synthetic) hair and instruction to try your hand at this unique lost tradition.
