Using a foam roller can help you alleviate muscle pain, maximize flexibility, and improve blood flow. It’s also a great way to help you feel more relaxed. 

Kits can be borrowed for 30 days and renewed if no one else is waiting. 

Kits that do not easily fit in outdoor return bins must be returned inside, at a customer service desk.
