Have you always wanted to know what charcuterie is and how to present a beautiful charcuterie board? Chrissie Lai, Health and Human Sciences Educator from the Purdue Extension Office, will demonstrate how to make healthy and delicious food choices.

She will show you techniques to make your charcuterie boards look picture-perfect using charcuterie foods that you can taste during the program. 

If you are interested in learning how to engrave a custom cheese board, sign up for the Make It! class on Thursday, August 15th from 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Learn how to use our laser engraver and choose from 3 different designs for your cheese board!
